Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Book Purchases

AI for Asset Managers is sold through Amazon India and Amazon.com. Refunds and returns for book purchases are governed entirely by Amazon's return policy. Please visit your Amazon order page to initiate a return.

2. Speaking Engagements

Once a speaking engagement is confirmed in writing, the following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before the confirmed date: full refund of any advance paid
• 15–30 days before the confirmed date: 50% of the fee is retained
• Within 14 days of the confirmed date: non-refundable
• In the event of a genuine emergency or force majeure, rescheduling will be offered as an alternative at no penalty

3. Consulting & Workshops

The following terms apply to all consulting sessions, advisory engagements, and workshops booked through Kamal Vaswani & Co.:

• More than 7 days before the engagement date: full refund
• 4–7 days before the engagement date: 50% of the fee is retained to cover preparation and opportunity cost
• Within 72 hours of the engagement: non-refundable
• Once a session has commenced, no refund is applicable
• Rescheduling (not cancellation) is accommodated with reasonable notice at no penalty

4. Disputes

Any refund disputes should be raised in writing to connect@kamalvaswani.com within 7 days of the issue arising. All matters will be resolved fairly and promptly.
